Each year, we ask more than 100 founders, CEOs and best-in-class leaders for the advice they would give themselves if they were starting their entrepreneurial journey all over again, armed with the knowledge and experiences they have today.
Navigating the complex business landscape is challenging, as each business is unique with its own risks and rewards. There are no one-size-fits-all solutions. That's why we aim to provide valuable guidance to both aspiring and experienced entrepreneurs who face diverse challenges on their journey towards optimum success.
Through our Improving Entrepreneurial Journey Initiative, we aim to bridge the gap between theory and practice.

Every year, our Improving Entrepreneurial Journey Initiative attracts over 100 enthusiastic participants. These participants represent a diverse spectrum of roles within their respective organizations, ranging from founders and owners to CEOs and industry-leading experts.

About Our Initiative

Entrepreneurs face various challenges on their entrepreneurial path, regardless of the field they are in. There are always different routes that an entrepreneur can take, and no two experiences are the same. That's why it is hard to be fully prepared for the journey. We recognize that reading a book about swimming is very different from actually diving into the water. No amount of reading can prepare you for what to expect. Therefore, to gain practical insights, we go directly to the source.

IMPROVING ENTREPRENEURIAL JOURNEY INITIATIVE WAS NOT FORMULATED OVERNIGHT

2021 - THE POWER OF LINKEDIN NETWORKING
In 2021, it all began when our founder, recognized the vast potential of LinkedIn networking. Engaging in conversations with industry experts, across diverse topics, she received valuable insights from each interaction. This initial spark ignited the idea of sharing these insights through an easily accessible blog post.
SEPTEMBER 2022 - FROM IDEA TO PROJECT REALIZATION
Under the project titled "Challenges of The Entrepreneurial World", the first content of this blog post was drafted. As this project gained momentum and received support from entrepreneurs and universities worldwide, it underwent a transformation. In the same year, the decision was made to crystallize and trasform these insights from just a blog post into a comprehensive brochure.
DECEMBER 2022 - FIRST BROCHURE RELEASE
Brochure with a compilation of all gathered advice and insights was released in December 2022. Its release marked a pivotal moment, as it received enthusiastic support and validation from the entrepreneurial community.
FEBRUARY 2022 - INITIATIVE LAUNCH
Due to the overwhelming response and clear demand for such a resource, our initiative officially launched in 2023. It became more than just a brochure; it evolved into a commitment to empower and inspire. This marked the beginning of our journey towards creating a thriving ecosystem of entrepreneurial guidance, where knowledge would light the way to optimum success.
2023 - LONG-TERM COMMITMENT
Our initiative stands as a testament to the power of collective wisdom and shared experiences. As we move ahead, our vision remains clear: to support, inspire and guide entrepreneurs (both new and experienced), as they navigate the ever-evolving entrepreneurial landscape.
