2017 - OPTIMOD ORIGINS
When OPTIMOD was founded early in 2017, our only field of practice was Business Process Management. Therefore, the name OPTIMOD was formulated from two parts: OPTI for "Optimization of Business Processes" and MOD for "Graphical Modeling of Business Processes."
2018 - THE STARTING PHASE
In 2018, the company changed its logo to align with the meaning of the company name. The focus was expanded from process connectivity to the importance of organizational growth.
2019 - REORGANIZATION FOR EXPANSION
The logo was re-designed as part of an expansion initiative to achieve interdisciplinarity. In 2019, OPTIMOD started to offer various services and products for clients in almost every industry niche.
2020 - VISION OF INTEGRATED BUSINESS
In 2020, we introduced the company slogan under the improved logo design to indicate that OPTIMOD has formulated a partnership program to collaborate with other companies and individuals to strengthen our strategic position through targeted acquisitions.OPTIMOD TODAY
As of 01.01.2021, we have changed the company logo's design to strengthen its appeal and established its meaning as an enterprise symbol by placing the »Growth Icon« within the logo. The slogan was removed to match the minimalistic design but continues to be used on the website and in company documentation. Simultaneously, the company color remains in various shades of blue, expressing trust, independence, security, wisdom, and strength. All of which we continue to implement within our global strategy for sustainable growth.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Sara is a business process expert passionate about creating new opportunities based on emerging digital trends. She has always been interested in business structures, how organizations operate and how to manage them effectively. This interest led her to focus her studies on this area and obtain a Master's degree in Business Systems Engineering. She has been working in the field of organizational science since 2016 and has worked with many companies and occupied various roles in organizational departments since then. Her work focuses on helping organizations optimize their processes and guiding them towards optimum success. She also aims to help individuals learn about the vast opportunities in the world of entrepreneurship and the importance of continuous learning and personal development. In 2017, she began creating an ecosystem to support this goal, which has since evolved into the company today known as OPTIMOD.
JAKA PRAŠNIKAR
Senior Full Stack Web Developer
Jaka is a software engineer with over 15 years of experience in web development. He has a strong track record of delivering fast and user-friendly applications. He began his journey in 2006 by starting a game server hosting company, where he wrote systems in Pure PHP and Javascript. This experience sparked his passion for coding and led him to develop custom scripts and apps to sell on Envato Market. He also worked as a System administrator and gained valuable experience in Linux and Windows Server administration, as well as web services such as Nginx, Apache, and MySQL. In 2014, he created the open-source project AdvancedTomato, which upgraded the interface of the Tomato Firmware router. Since then, he has worked on many projects creating front-end interfaces using Angular and Vue.js. His skills and experience include HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript (ES5, ES6, Vue.js, Angular, jQuery), PHP (Laravel, Symfony, Slim Framework, WordPress, Joomla, CodeIgniter), NodeJS (Express, Vite) and Go. As well as Linux and Windows Server administration, web services, on-page SEO, and web performance optimization.
NINA ZHANG
Design & Visual Communication Manager
Nina is a talented and experienced designer with a passion for illustration and design in all its forms. She studied visual communication, where she developed her love for design and honed her skills in editorial design and brand identity creation. Over the years, she has worked with many companies to provide design services and has built a reputation for her ability to create engaging and effective designs. In addition to her strong design background, Nina is an accomplished illustrator. She loves to draw on paper and has a deep understanding of the latest digital technologies for design, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Lightworks, Procreate, AutoSketch/Sketchbook, Canva, iMovie, Wondershare Filmora, etc. She is comfortable working on various platforms, including Android, iOS, Windows and Mac.
