We’re proud and excited to be invited to deliver a Guest Lecture titled "Optimod and Process Management: From Theoretical Knowledge to Practical Business Consulting" at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Maribor.
Processes are like the secret ingredient that keeps everything running smoothly, from our everyday habits to the most complex global systems. They are the structured steps that drive efficiency, spark innovation, and turn ideas into real outcomes. Without them, things would quickly fall into disarray. That’s why processes play such a key role in helping us stay focused and reach our goals with clarity.
This Guest Lecture is part of the Course Unit: Organization of Business Processes, designed for first-year undergraduate students enrolled in programs:
at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Maribor.
Our guest lecture is designed to underline the significance of processes in both professional and personal settings. Through engaging real-world examples and interactive discussions, students will gain valuable insights into how process management is not only about enhancing operational efficiency but also about opening doors to new growth and innovation opportunities.
At Optimod, our very identity is intertwined with the essence of processes. Our name itself is a blend of "OPTI," symbolizing the optimization of business processes, and "MOD," representing the modeling of business systems. Processes and structures are not just a part of what we do; they are at the heart of everything we stand for.
Our approach to process management goes beyond traditional methodologies, focusing on holistic and adaptable strategies that cater to the specific needs of each business. This lecture will provide an in-depth look at how OPTIMOD leverages process management to drive business transformation, enhance operational efficiency, and support sustainable growth.
We’re really thankful for this invitation. It means a lot to us and feels like an important step that shows our work in process management is making a difference. It also shows how much the Faculty values connecting classroom knowledge with real-world experience. Through this lecture, we hope to inspire students by showing how clear processes and well-thought-out structures can help bring big ideas to life and build businesses that grow and last.
