We are excited to announce our participation in the 43rd International Conference on Organizational Science Development. This significant event is scheduled to take place from March 20th to 22nd, 2024, at the Congress Centre Portus in Portorož, Slovenia.
At Optimod, we've joined forces with the PAR University of Applied Sciences (Croatia) and the University of Maribor (Slovenia). Together, we have conducted a pivotal study that we will present as a Conference Paper. Our research centers on the integration of digital technologies into traditional educational systems, emphasizing their potential to revolutionize learning and teaching methodologies.
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
This year's conference, under the theme "Green and Digital Transition – Challenge or Opportunity," sets the stage for in-depth exploration into how innovation in organizational science can drive growth and respond to modern challenges. The 43rd International Scientific Conference on Organizational Science aims to bring into focus the integration of green initiatives alongside digital technologies, emphasizing their importance in organizational development.
Participants from across the globe will gather to share insights on the effects of these transitions, exploring new technologies and strategies for sustainable growth. This conference is poised to facilitate a meaningful exchange of ideas, encouraging a deeper understanding of how green and digital transformations are influencing both the business landscape and society at large.
ABOUT THE SUBMITTED PAPER
The conference paper titled "Process Management of Organizational Changes in the Case of Education Process within Organizations," explores the shift from traditional to digital education processes in organizations, underscoring the advantages of digitalization.
The research employs specific process management tools to contrast old and new education methods, revealing that digital processes offer significant enhancements. These enhancements include reduced resource use, faster and more flexible education methods, and better environmental sustainability. Despite challenges like the initial investment required for digitalization, the paper highlights benefits such as cost savings, scalability, and the capacity for remote education. It concludes that the integration of digital solutions into educational processes is crucial for organizations to stay competitive and efficient, paving the way for further studies on the long-term effects and potential of digital learning.
